Brief Bio                                                                                                                                                                                                     

François. has over 30 years of international finance experience with multinationals across diverse sectors and countries, including hands-on work with SMEs and start-ups. While his primary working languages are French and English, he has also successfully operated in Portuguese and Spanish environments.
 

His expertise spans financial strategy, M&A, governance, operational restructuring, and investor relations. As a CFO, François has guided ventures from inception to exit, fostering innovation in healthcare, robotics, energy storage, media, and sustainable supply chains.
 

He has led business growth, operational restructuring, and strategic exits, including selling Farm Robotics and Automation S.L. (AI AND ROBOTICS) to AGCO Corp. Through multiple capital raises, he secured over €16 million in funding in seed capital for start-ups.

He also played a key role in the European Broadcasting Union's M&A process (EBU), preparing data rooms and coordinating due diligence to successfully spin off EUROVISION.
 

In multinational corporations such as Fujitsu, Teleflex, HP/EDS, TLC Beatrice Foods, and AGCO, François achieved measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies. At Teleflex, he established a shared services centre and initiated an SAP rollout, streamlining operations. At HP/EDS, he identified and implemented infrastructure cost reductions. Additionally, he contributed to optimising the EMEA-wide IT strategy at EDS while collaborating with AT Kearney.
 

As the Division Controller for TLC BEATRICE FOODS' European Food and Beverage division, a $400 million business, he spearheaded a production rationalisation program that improved cash flow across European subsidiaries. He also oversaw management reporting across European territories.
 

François- holds a Magna Cum Laude Master’s in Administration with a focus on Business and Technology from the University of Louvain, Belgium, and was selected for an MBA exchange program at USC, Columbia, USA.
